Your order includes delivery of a collection kit within 3 to 5 business days to the address that you provided. The kit includes forms, collection equipment (e.g., vials, slides, swabs), instructions, and shipping information to return the kit to our lab for analysis. If you do not receive the kit after 5 business days, please contact us.
Your healthcare provider plays a critical role in the genetic testing process. Your healthcare provider must sign the requisition form. When test results become available, we will send them to your healthcare provider. You or your healthcare provider may contact us for assistance with results interpretation.
Your collection kit has an expiry date. Please obtain the required signatures and submit the kit for analysis within that timeframe.
