Please visit https://locations.lifelabs.com to find the most accessible location for you. You must bring the Panorama requisition signed by a healthcare provider. Our staff cannot collect a blood sample without the correct requisition signed by a healthcare provider. To further reduce your wait times we recommend booking an appointment.
