To book a consultation, speak to your healthcare provider, who will have to fax over a completed signed referral form. Once received along with payment ($250 for up to a 60-minute session), one of our genetic coordinators will reach out to you. Consultations can be booked within 2 weeks and are offered from Monday – Friday, subject to availability.
