A partial result is when the Panorama provides a result for most of the conditions tested but is not able to provide a result for one (or more rarely, two conditions).  There are various reasons for this to happen, but is not common.  In these situations, your healthcare provider will be contacted by one of our board certified Genetic Counsellors to discuss the possible reasons why there was a partial result. Partial results are not eligible for refund.
