HOW TO ORDER

Panorama ™

How to complete Panorama Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT):

You are just four steps away from having test results :
1

Test payment

You can pay for your Panorama in advance.
Charges will be incurred at the time of online payment. Tests are refundable up until the time you have your sample collected. Once testing is initiated, the full price of the analysis will be charged. Funding for NIPT is available in certain provinces/territories for patients who meet high risk specific criteria. If you are not eligible for funding, you are encouraged to check with your private healthcare insurer to see if coverage is provided. To learn more, please contact Ask.Genetics@LifeLabs.com

Meet with your healthcare provider to complete & sign the requisition form

Each individual being tested must have the completed requisition form signed by their healthcare provider as well as themselves in the consent box. Requisitions not signed by a healthcare provider will not be processed; LifeLabs will not be able to proceed with testing until a signature is obtained.
3

Provide a blood sample

Individuals being tested can visit any LifeLabs Patient Service Centre to have a blood sample taken. For your convenience, you may book an appointment to reduce waiting time. If you are outside Ontario, British Columbia or Saskatchewan, please contact Ask.Genetics@LifeLabs.com to organize your collection.
4

Get your results

Your test results will be sent directly to your healthcare provider for their review and follow-up discussion with you. We recommend that you schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider two weeks after your blood sample is collected to review the results.
